Navigating the unknown requires curiosity and empathy. Historically, the New Enterprise Factory thrives when we need to move from ambiguity to strategy to action. Our questions help our clients uncover the needs and aspirations of those they serve.
We search for clients who know what they don't know and need a partner to help them make smarter and evidence based decisions. Innovators need to be coachable, yet strong in their convictions - visionary, but ready to pivot when the evidence proves them wrong - and resourceful when they realize that the ecosystem they lead needs to be reimagined with better support, connections, and collaborations.
Successful innovators surround themselves with those who inspire, support, and ask the hard questions. We have worked in places like Kuwait, Egypt, Macedonia and throughout the US to build learning experiences, mentorship initiatives, assessments and ecosystem building efforts. We adapt quickly and admit when our assumptions are not confirmed.
We help organizations and regions be the innovative future that builds on their unique assets and regional culture.
We support early stage entrepreneurs, companies looking for change, regions or countries seeking an expanding economy driven by innovation.
We begin working with clients with lots of thought provoking questions to see what assets exist, what visions are on their minds and what gaps need to be filled.
All of our work is designed to solve known challenges or visions that are ground breaking and results oriented.
