The New Enterprise Factory’s mission is to help organizations — usually non-profits — take their under-realized assets and turn them into earned revenue. Our team thinks like entrepreneurs, but because of our extensive experience as non-profit executives, we do this in a context ofrespecting and honoring non-profit missions, perspectives and operational nuances.

Our approach: First, we look to understand your organization, then craft a strategy, then plan new ventures, and finally uncover the revenue. New Enterprise Factory engages to maximize the productivity of existing programs, identif revenue-generating enhancements and extensions, or creates revenue streams from unrecognized or underutilized assets.

New Enterprise Factory can engage productively with clients for an hour, a day, a month or a year to develop your organization’s Revenue Roadmap.

• DriveTime Coaching: In periodic or regularly scheduled one hour sessions via phone,you can have productive conversations with one of our team members that provide entrepreneurial coaching, strategy discussions, idea generation, and optimism about your organization’s entrepreneurial potential.

• Entrepreneurial Insights: In one day, we will lead an intensive series of discussions to help you identify revenue and entrepreneurial directions that uncover opportunities for new ventures. The result is a one-two page brief with ideas, questions and insights that will establish the framework for later and more deeper development.

• Venture Lab: Over a one month period, we will identify your organizations’ key strengths, assets, and opportunities through in-depth interviews and brainstorming with key stakeholders; analyzing the data and getting a better understanding of your position in the marketplace. New Enterprise Factory delivers a thorough report comprising three to five actionable, high-potential venture concepts.

• Enterprise Launch Engagements: In one year, New Enterprise Factory will collaborate with your organization to design, launch and scale a new or expanded venture designed to generate an appealing return on investment (ROI). Just like any investment, we can’t guarantee specific returns, but we can guarantee the same passionate, pragmatic work that has generated our successes in the past.
